                    Born in Lahore, Pakistan on October 15, 1994, Babar Azam is a well-known international cricketer known for his incredible impact skills. It served as a first-class right-handed bat and was a definitive figure in the Pakistani cricket landscape. 

Early life and background Babar Azam comes from a cricket family. His cousins, Kamran, Umar and Adnan Akumal, represented Pakistan at the international level.               

                            


Inspired by her career, Babar followed Cricket at an early age, taking part in two Under-19 World Championships in 2010 and 2012. International career Babar made his 1-day international debut (ODI) against Zimbabwe on May 31, 2015. His Test debut followed the West Indian Islands on October 13, 2016,  and on September 7, 2016 he played his first Twenty20 International (T20I). He quickly established himself as a reliable bat in all forms. 

In April 2021, Babar was ranked number one in the ICC ODI rankings, surpassing Virat Kohli and marking a key milestone in his career. captain Babar was appointed captain of Pakistan's ODI and T20I  in May 2020 and took over as Test Captain in November 2020. 

Under his leadership, Pakistan has achieved remarkable success, reaching  the 2021 T20 T20 World Cup semi-finals and  the 2022 T20 finals. In November 2023, he resigned with captain of all forms after the 2023 Cricket Championship, but was trained as White Ball Captain in March 2024. Record and success Babar held the fastest record up to the 13th century, achieving this performance in his 76th introspection

In June 2024, during his match against the US, he became the best run scorer in T20I history at the ICC  T20 World Cup.
